1. Delivery
All 3lixir merchandise is produced and shipped through our UK fulfilment partner, using a print-on-demand process. This means every product is made especially for you once your order is placed.
Shipping rates, taxes, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Production normally begins within a few hours of payment being confirmed.
You will receive an order confirmation by email followed by a dispatch notification and tracking link once your order leaves the facility. Delivery times vary by product type, fulfilment location, and destination.

2. Returns & Cancellations
Because our products are printed and produced on demand, they are exempt from distance selling and right of withdrawal laws in the UK and other jurisdictions.
We therefore cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, colour, or simply changing your mind after purchase.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery using the contact form. We will arrange a replacement or refund as required by law.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
